Baird Holm LLP announces Richard Putnam appointed Managing Partner
OMAHA, Neb. (June 30, 2009) – Baird Holm LLP is pleased to announce that Richard Putnam has been appointed Managing Partner of the Firm.
An attorney with Baird Holm for the last 29 years, Mr. Putnam is a member and former Chair of the firm’s Business, Tax and Estate Planning Section. In addition to his responsibilities as Managing Partner, Mr. Putnam will continue to provide counsel to Baird Holm’s individual, for-profit and not-for-profit clients.
Mr. Putnam is active in the Omaha community and has been involved with various non-profit entities in the area. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Kansas Alumni Association, Take Flight Farms, Inc., Girls Inc. and is Vice President of the Board of the Rose Blumkin Performing Arts Foundation. He is also Past President of the Board of the Institute for Career Advancement Needs (ICAN), Past President of the Omaha Theater Company Board, Past President of the Fontenelle Nature Association Board and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce.
