Baird Holm LLP elects Scott S. Moore to Executive Committee
OMAHA, Neb. (October 15, 2009) —Baird Holm LLP is pleased to announce that Scott S. Moore has been elected to the Firm’s Executive Committee.
Mr. Moore has been an attorney for 17 years, the last eleven with Baird Holm. He is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law group, practicing in the area of management-side employment law and labor relations. In addition to his responsibilities as an Executive Committee member, he will continue to represent employers in various industries with respect to labor relations and employment matters.
Mr. Moore is very active within the community and is involved with several non-profit entities. He is the founder of “Best Places to Work in Omaha,” which is sponsored by the Omaha Chamber of Commerce. He is on the Board of Directors for the Heartland Red Cross, the Rose Theater, and Conestoga Public Schools. He is the past chairman of the Nebraska State Bar Association Labor and Employment Section, past chairman of the Nebraska Lung Association Leadership Council, and a former member of the Board of Directors for the Central States American Lung Association.
