Creighton Student Selected for a Baird Holm Scholarship

OMAHA, NE (November 10, 2009) - Eugene McCrann of Nebraska City has been selected by Creighton University School of Law as the recipient of one of Baird Holm’s law school scholarships.

Mr. McCrann, son of Takako and the late Anthony McCrann, recently started his first year at Creighton University School of Law. He attended New York University and graduated with honors in 2008 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, with a focus in Film & Television.

Baird Holm sponsors two $5000 scholarships awarded annually to deserving first-year law students from financially or culturally disadvantaged backgrounds. The scholarships are awarded by each of Nebraska’s two law schools- Creighton University School of Law and the University of Nebraska College of Law.
