Providence, RI – For the second consecutive year, Pannone Lopes Devereaux & West LLC (PLDW), a highly specialized law firm with offices in Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York and Florida, has earned top honors from Providence Business News (PBN) and the Best Companies Group in the Best Place to Work in Rhode Island competition. PLDW claimed the number one spot in its category – businesses with under 50 employees – edging out a record number of nominees this year. The award highlights the firm’s collaborative and trusting work environment in providing legal services to its clients.

PLDW captured the first place honors in the small business category, based on research conducted and analyzed by Best Companies, an independent research organization based in Harrisburg, Penn. The research consisted of a detailed employee survey and an extensive management report. PBN was the primary local sponsor of the fourth annual Best Places to Work competition.
