John Pellecchia is the senior partner of his firm’s Government Affairs Practice group. He has represented regulated clients before Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of government for over 20 years. John has been selected by his peers to be included in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Government Relations Law. He previously served as Assistant Council to the Hon. Thomas H. Kean, Governor of the State of New Jersey.
Thomas Hnasko leads his firm’s environmental practice group and represents a variety of clients in environmental matters. Tom is an A-V rated attorney who is recognized by the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in environmental law. He presently serves as Chair of the New Mexico Environmental Specialization Committee.
Carl Breeding’s practice focuses on environmental law and government relations. He is Chair for his firm’s Governmental Affairs Team and is a member of the Regulatory and Administrative Group. Carl is a registered legislative agent and executive branch lobbyist.
Denise Dragoo’s practice focuses on issues with natural resources, coal law, water law, environmental law, mining law, public land law, mine safety and health law. Denise has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America, (2006-2007).
Peck Fox is a shareholder in the Montgomery office of Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C. Mr. Fox’s practice focuses primarily on government, legislative and administrative law, with an emphasis on healthcare. He regularly represents clients in administrative hearings and contested cases before various departments and agencies of state government, and also counsels clients on political, governmental and regulatory affairs, as well as matters involving federal and state campaign law.
Stephen Morgan handles complex civil and criminal business litigation in the state and federal courts as well as before arbitration tribunals throughout the country. Steve represents clients in a variety of securities law matters including regulatory investigations conducted by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., the New York Stock Exchange and State Commissioners of Securities as well as securities arbitration claims on behalf of claimants or respondents.
Kevin Murray’s practice is focused in government services. In 2005, the Indiana Senate honored Kevin for his 30 years of public service, including serving as Special Counsel to Governor Joseph Kernan and Senate Parliamentarian to Lt. Governor Katherine Davis. He also has served as the Governor’s Policy Director for Indiana’s Gaming Agencies.
Thomas Paese concentrates his practice in administrative law and government affairs, technology and health care. He is chair of his firm’s State Government Relations Section.
